I made this deck as a balance between powerful and fun. Consistent enough to be able to be playable every match but not so consistent that it plays exactly the same every time. A lot of the cards in this deck are expensive, but I watered down other parts of it to keep it from becoming a "pay to win" deck (I don't mind spending a pretty penny on cards but my peers generally play on a bit more of a budget.)

Arbor Elf, Birds of Paradise and Manamorphose ensure that you'll have access to all 5 colors very early on.

Manamorphose, Serum Visions and Sphinx's Revelation will keep your hand fed throughout the match.

Dissipation Field, Ensnaring Bridge, Ghostly Prison and Propaganda all provide a little bit of breathing room without making the deck too annoying to play against.

All of the planeswalkers in this deck either speed it up once they're in play or they slow down the enemy while also being able to have a great impact on the game if they survive long enough to use their high cost loyalty ability.

Rings of Brighthearth allows me to use a planeswalker ability twice in a turn as well as fetch lands twice. I'm consdering replacing these with some of the synergistic oath enchantments though.

Wild Evocation is really just here to give my opponents a chance to cheat things into play. It can get me 2 planeswalkers for the price of 1 on subsequent turns, but with only 8 in the deck it's mostly just to give my opponents something fun to play with.

Progenitus is just a fun card I've always wanted to put in a 5 color deck.
