This is my version of Blue/Green Merfolk, commonly known as "Tropical Fish". Like the more typical Mono Blue build, it's a tempo deck with disruption and pump effects attached to creatures and a curve that fits an Aether Vial on 2 very well. The payoffs for splashing Green are the one-drop, Kumena's Speaker, which provides a very strong turn-one body, and a very frequent 3 power attacker on turn two, and the additional lord, Merfolk Mistbinder. This deck runs the full playset of all playable lords, leading to fairly regular turn four kills without disruption.
