This is a prototype of a low-budget EDH deck that intent to work with the most cost-effective cards (and also some cards that I already own).

A few win-conditions have been established and also tutors (a commander that looks up for enchantments is a good piece of example) have been added so I don't count too much on luck.

The lands in there are not the best; I recognize that fetch lands and shock lands are great, but since I don't want to spend a lot of money on them, I added cheap dual lands.

Zur the Enchanter will tutor for some of the enchantments. For the other parts of the combos that does not contain any enchantments, Diabolic Tutor and trasmute cards have been added.
