What would you suggest I remove for Isochron Scepter ? It is something to consider I just wouldn't know what to take out, I also wouldn't know how many copies I should run. Any Suggestions schnic?

Shoal is arguably the best counter spell in the deck as is. It preforms great early game but like most cards in the deck lose power as it starts to play out. They do lose power if Isochron Scepter is added. I'm thinking -1 Eye of Nowhere and -1 Sleight of Hand +2 Scepter. How odes that sound?

The problem with Isochron Scepter is that it's incredibly easy to 2-for-1 with artifact removal, so it'll almost always come out for games 2 and 3. It also doesn't fit the plan of the deck; you're trying to aggro them out, not grind them out. I would suggest the addition of Vapor Snag instead.

I like Vapor Snag It'll probably replace Eye of Nowhere as it has been lackluster in performance lately. Thanks for the suggestion Orbrunner

Weakest link seems to be the phantasmal creatures, the bears are fine but I would think about replacing Phantasmal Dragon with Talrand, Sky Summoner , a much more solid win-con. Also with all the sorceries/instants, think about Runechanter's Pike for Delver of Secrets  Flip , nasty combo!

Myogenesis, one thing with Talrand, Sky Summoner is he doesn't put an clock on the opponents, by the time he is played the cards in hand will be decreasing, and the tokens won't put enough damage in to be worth it, while he dragon does. Runechanter's Pike is ok but he takes up a turn and It doesn't put great tempo on the opponent but I'll test a singular copy. Thanks for commenting.

My only concern was that Phantasmal Dragon is so fragile. I know you have a bunch of counterspells, but even if the spell they target it with gets countered your dragon is still dead. I think this interaction plus the amount of spells in your deck make both Talrand, Sky Summoner and Runechanter's Pike solid picks. With serum visions, sleight of hand, remand, cryptic command, etc. I don't think you have to worry about your hand being too low for talrand

Have a blue stall deck with no reliable win con? Why not Ætherling? As long as you have a spare blue around, he is literally unkillable in all cases except some split second shenanigans, and as long as you have your opponent locked down, you can just unblockable/pump to take out your opponent pretty consistently within 3 turns. Also, the phantasmal creatures do seem a bit of a strange choice, as Myogenesis pointed out that countering a spell that targets a phantasm still kills it.
