All shall bend to the combined furious will of Silumgar and Kolaghan.

Some value to be had and potential metagame opening vs Jeskai Black and GW Megamorph.

In testing GW megamorph is highly favourable. The removal suite employed here is devastating to them and the early pressure put on by fliers is not something that their deathmist raptor/ den engine can deal with.

At PPTQ Taunton went 4-2 just missing out on top 8. Both matches were lost on minor play errors by myself - in situations where wins were in the bag/ possible so i'm kicking myself for that. the deck is well placed and the sideboard is currently thoroughly tuned.

Very successful outing with the deck. It over performed and perhaps the star card was painful truths along with duress!

Went 4-2. My match losses were results of subtle misplays where the deck had the game wrapped up but my imperfect piloting let the deck down.

G1 Jeskai Black 2-0

G2 Jeskai Black 1-2 CLose match in which under time pressure in g2 I didnt seal the deal and win. Leaving back another blocker wrapped up the game even in the event he could cast a mantis rider next turn. He used Kolaghans command to return mantis rider from gy and get me. I had not thought through that play.

G3 GR Ramp 2-0

Big dragons plus g2 infinite obliteration.

G4 See the Unwritten Ramp 2-1 Caught off guard by Dragonlord dromoka and friends in G1 but after SB my removal suite was exceptional and able to take him down easily.

G5 UB Aristocrats 2-1 The mainboard was awkward vs this deck and I lost. Post sideboard focussing down nantuko husk and cuthroat was key. Getting threats onto the board without taking alot of damage was risky.

G6 Sultai white Rally G1 I manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by missing a block with a hangarback walker which meant my next attack was lethal. G2 went well and G3 he drew insanely despite my duress antics.

Close. Only my self to blame for my match costing play mistakes.
