My first attempt at a modern deck. I usually play Legacy and my favorite play style is Mono-black. Currently in Legacy my favorite deck is black Pox. Looking into making something similar I came across 8-rack. This is my work in process of making it but as a tier 1 Modern deck.

Please provide any suggestions.

Typical problems with discard decks are they just run out of steam when they run into top deck mode. I am looking for the Draw from dark confident Blood Scrivener . I need a second win condition. Maybe there are better discard methods.

Pack Rat Smallpox Waste Not Raven's Crime all have synergy.
