Maybeboard

Multiplayer Arahbo cat tribal deck. Commander Tier: 4 (Mid Power). Deck Power Level: 7/10.

An aggro deck can have a difficult time in multiplayer games. This deck provides you the time needed to deal 120 damage to the table by slowing your opponents down.

  1. Get one or two stax pieces on the board as soon as possible. (Such a piece or an appropriate tutor should be on the starting hand if possible.)
  2. Right after that, get a good attacker on the board.
  3. If the attacker does not already have double strike, next look for a suitable pump (Rhonas), equipment (Swords) or enchantment (Heritage).
  4. Don‘t forget to ramp and draw of course. (Mana sinks are then Rhonas, Chameleon or if necessary Arahbo.)
  5. The tutors are versatile. Here are a few examples of primary and secondary targets.
4.1 land tutor: Evasion (-> Rouges Passage), land destruction, e.g. against Maze of Ith (-> Strip Mine), an attacker (-> Mutavault) or just a missing forest or plains.
4.2 creature tutors: good attacker (-> Pouncer, Mirri or Skyhunter), pump/evasion (-> Rhonas) or the newly added stax pieces (-> Drannith, Archons).
4.3 artifact/enchantment tutor: ramp (Mana Crypt), draw (Library), evasion (swords), double strike (Heritage).
