Budget Mono B Curse Control. This deck controls the early game with discard and removal, then wins the grind with curses. Curse of Death's Hold and Overwhelming Splendor are a creature lock, while Curse of Exhaustion and Knowledge Pool lock opponents from casting spells: whenever the player casts a spell, it gets exiled, and they can't cast the spell they choose from Knowledge Pool because of Curse of Exhaustion.
