Budget RW Prison. This deck stalls with removal until it draws Curse of Exhaustion and Possibility Storm . Once the two of those are on the battlefield, opponents are locked out of playing spells; the first spell they cast is exiled and the Curse keeps them from casting the one they hit off of Possibility Storm. If you get a Possibility Storm down before the Curse, the other enchantments in the deck become somewhat variable tutors for the Curse. From there, you win with Needle Spire beats.
