Welcome to one of my Budget Modern decks! This is a dump-your-hand style aggro deck that relies on flooding the board as fast as possible with cheap creatures, which you will beat your opponent down with. The deck features 6 draw spells to help fuel the fire when you begin to run out of steam.

Enablers

• Spark Elemental: Plain and simple, just a Haste beater for that dies regardless to help us cast our polymorph effects.
• Hellspark Elemental : We get to reap the benefits of Spark Elemental except TWICE for just !
• Mogg Fanatic: A rather underwhelming card, but it can Sacrifice itself for free to help our polymorph effects and it can deal 1 damage to a pesky minion our opponent may have.
• Mogg War Marshal: A great card, essentially giving us three chances to cast our polymorph effects all for one.

Tempo Breakers

• Otherworldy Outburst: Cast on a creature before the combat phase to get a tad extra damage and a 3/2 for .
• Skin Invasion   : Essentially a 3/4 for just .
• Pongify: This can help activate the two above cards but I imagine will mostly be a 3/3 for .
• Rapid Hybridization: Same as Pongify except a Lizard!
• Crack the Earth: Since we plan to sacrifice creatures every turn, it essentially reads as "Each player other than yourself sacrifices a permanent". Even so, we would need it to activate Skin Invasion   and Otherworldly Outburst .

Turbo

• Desperate Ravings: A decent draw spell to help us get more cards to dump onto the field.
• Dangerous Wager : If we cast this with an empty hand, it reads, Instant, , "Draw two cards."

How to Play

The core interactions of the deck are between our enablers which are creatures that aim to deal damage and get themselves killed. The key is what we do with them the moment before they die! For example, before sacrificing Spark Elemental, Hellspark Elemental , Mogg Fanatic, or before Mogg War Marshal disappears, we (without consent) mutate them into something even stronger and more hideous for or ! To do this, at Instant speed before these creatures die, cast Pongify or Rabid Hybridization for a free 3/3 for just , or in your second main phase give it a Skin Invasion   to turn it into a 3/4 for , or before the combat phase give it +1/+0 with Otherworldly Outburst to violently turn it into a 3/2 Eldrazi Horror for just !

Sideboard

• Needs some help, but I imagine we mainly need an answer to counterspells, removal, mass removal, etc.
