Card Draw:

Mulldrifter : ETB draw 2, can evoke, adds an experience counter

Solemn Simulacrum : etb ramp and when it dies draw a card. Adds an experience counter

Toothy, Imaginary Friend : Every time you draw a card, add a counter. then when he leaves the battlefield draw a card for each +1/+1 counter. Adds an experience counter

Guardian Project : Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, draw a card if it doesn't share a name with a card in your GY or already on your battlefield. Combos with Deadeye Navigator and anything it flickers

Runic Armasaur : whenever an opponent activate an ability that is not mana (hey-o fetchlands), draw a card. Adds an experience counter

Coiling Oracle : being cut for Trygon Predator , but etb draw a card off the top of your library if it is not a land, ramps otherwise. Adds an experience counter

Zendikar Resurgent : Mana doubler that also draws a card on each creature cast

Beast Whisperer : draw a card on each creature cast, adds an experience counter

Fathom Mage : draw a card for each +1/+1 counter place on it. Adds an experience counter

Consecrated Sphinx : Draw 2 cards whenever an opponent draws one.

Removal:

Imprisoned in the Moon / Song of the Dryads : Turn off an opponents biggest guy into a land, works well on commanders. Also make the target copyable with Vesuva or thespian Stage

Acidic Slime / Reclamation Sage : removal + Adds an experience counter

Bane of Progress : board wipe for all artifacts and enchantments

Krosan Grip : uncounterable artifact or enchantment removal

Ramp:

Wood Elves : ETB grab a forest card ( Tropical Island or Breeding Pool ) and adds an experience counter

Lotus Cobra : adds an experience counter and floats a mana whenever a lands enters for you

Solemn Simulacrum : etb ramp and when it dies draw a card. Adds an experience counter
