Here's my Atraxa EDH that focuses on +1/+1 mechanics. The strategy is quite simple: give your creature +1/+1 counters, proliferate and turn them into fatties.

But I think this deck is not very well optimised, so if you have any suggestion, I would be glad to hear it!

The "+1/+1 ETB Giver" refers to cards that give +1/+1 counters when creatures enter the battlefield.

The "+1/+1 Already Existing" refers to cards that give +1/+1 counters to creature that are already on the battlefield.
