This deck's goal is simple: get Bruna, the Fading Light and Gisela, the Broken Blade into play, then meld them into Brisela, Voice of Nightmares . As it turns out, a lot of modern decks quite like casting spells with converted mana cost 3 or less. Brisela makes that just a little bit difficult for them; some might say impossible.

As a combo, all of the moving pieces are very easy to disrupt so the deck is a little fragile, but it is very satisfying when you DO get to go off. This list in particular struggles a lot with consistency.

If the opponent is playing graveyard hate, the plan switches to grinding them out with Siege Rhino or Gurmag Angler .
