After the Angels come out it's Demon Time

The "thing" you're trying to do with the deck is declare "No blocks!" on a lethal swing but pull off an anime moment by flashing in Platinum Angel. This can be done with Scout's Warning, Vedalken Orrery, or Winding Canyons.

Thanks to the Commander Firja, Judge of Valor I get to have a consistent deck that filters through cards slowly until my GY functions as a second hand. Cards that can be cast from grave and cheap Instant-speed spells allow more uses of Firja.

To close out the game after the Platinum Angel phase, I go even further beyond and set up Avacyn, Angel of Hope + Pestilence Demon + Platinum Angel on your board then burn the table on demon time. To pull off this janky line cards like Smothering Tithe and Cabal Coffers help supply the mana.

The large tutor package in the deck along with card selection with Firja lead to very consistent games. Turn one you're looking to tutor for Weathered Wayfarer. Turn two hopefully someone before you ramped or you're on the draw and you can cast one of your catch up ramp spells. Otherwise playing the Wayfarer is perfectly fine here. Turn 3 you want to ramp, develop, and play the Wayfarer if you have it and couldn't on turn 2. Ideally by turn 4 you're casting the Commander and are able to double spell with her on board. After that the game becomes get to Bolas's Citadel + Vedalken Orrery to double spell filtering through most of your deck until there's have enough mana to do the thing on turn 9/10 closing out the game on turn 11/12.

You'll notice cards like Approach of the Second Sun in the side board. These are all cards that I think can be added to increase the power level of a deck but I've cut to avoid non-games and bad gameplay (not individually for some cards).

If I'm ever in a bad mood I swap out Platinum Angel for Desolation Angel to make sure everyone is having a bad time. You guys are lucky that Platinum Angel is my favourite card or I'd be sending every Green player to the Shadow Realm.

I have the deck sorted by card role, you can sort by custom and it'll give you a better idea of what the cards are meant to do.

Storm of Souls is a proxy for Shilgengar, Sire of Famine which I'm convinced someone at WotC saw my deck and decided to print a super high synergy finisher for it.
