Also, land-wise, Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion and Slayers' Stronghold may be worth considering. Sacred Foundry seems helpful here as well.

Finally, Mirran Crusader is a good sideboard option; particularly against Jund decks.

@TrevHulkC Thanks for the advice. I will playtest with the lands, but I already have Lightning Helix , and I originally had Isochron Scepter but it seemed to just slow me down a turn.

Dang About Face would be great in sideboard if it was legal in modern, but Assault Strobe could be great. One of their dudes blocks. Assault Strobe + Righteousness + Righteousness . 28 damage to their face for 3 mana!

Bacony42, Assault Strobe is sorcery speed, so the opponent would see it coming...
I'm wondering if Rift Bolt might be useful here...

Given the number of 1/2 drop instants, maybe Isochron Scepter is a good choice? Recurring burn every turn, particularly a Lightning Helix , is hard to beat.
