This deck is primarily a (heavily) modified Lord Windgrace precon, with extreme focus on the "Lands Matter" part of the deck.

The main focus of this deck is to just get as many lands as physically possible, while at the same time utilising them to fuel some of the big hitters of the deck, like Ulvenwald Hydra, Multani, Centaur Vinecrasher. And take full advantage of any and all landfall triggers, such as Ob Nixilis the Fallen, Nesting Dragon, Lotus Cobra, etc.

Of course, the main shtick of this deck is just to squeeze out as much value from my lands, be it via Windgrace's +2, The Gitrog Monster's draw shenanigans, the landfall triggers, and so on.

In terms of win-cons; Multani and Centaur Vinecrasher have the potential to be absolutely huge in this deck, especially towards the late-game. But since you're generating acers of mana, can sink it into something like Torment of Hailfire. There's also the potential to go infinite with Worm tokens (that have haste if you play it right.) But since there's a slight subtheme of token shenanigans, while you can simply attack with the dragons generated by Nesting Dragon, or the plants buffed by Avenger of Zendikar; Craterhoof Behemoth can also end games in this regards.

A few other things to keep in mind with this deck is that if you're not careful, you can both deck yourself with all the extra cards, or burn too much life to Fetchlands. Hence why cards like The Mending of Dominaria and Courser of Kruphix are in the deck (that and getting the extra lands are exactly what this deck wants to do.)

...and before I get someone saying something about this, I would run all possible fetchlands in this deck, but let's be real here. It's hella expensive. While this version of the deck only contains two of those lands, I would easily swap out stuff like the remaining tap fetch, or even Evolving Wilds for those lands.

(...if you managed to read to this point in the wall of text, any and all feedback is welcome, thank you for reading.)
