Based on /r/CompetitiveEDH subreddit's Brewsday Breya list found at infiniteimoc's profile.

Our primary win condition is to make infinite mana with either Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter + mana rocks that collectively tap for 3 or more, OR Krark-Clan Ironworks + Codex Shredder + Second Sunrise/Faith's Reward/ Scrap Mastery + enough eggs/rocks/mana fixing on board to gain net mana with each recursion loop.

With infinite colored mana, you can then win by repeatedly casting and sacrificing Breya and through her modal bolt, dealing infinite damage to the table.

After testing out some of the new cards as well as the Paradox Scepter gameplan as a whole, I learned a thing or two and made some slight adjustments. The primary idea was to increase consistency by reincluding the 1CMC cantrip package among other things.

Cuts

-Mind's Desire: A huge pay-off card: does tons of work when you can resolve it with a storm count of 7 or more. Unfortunately, the cost for the pay-off is also a whopping 6 mana. Despite its humongous potential, the curve had to be brought back down for more consistency tools which is why I cut it.

-Unsubstantiate: Goes out with Mind's Desire due to its lack of synergy with other spells than that. As counters/creature removal are already plentiful enough and tutorable, Unsubstantiate got the cut for being an inferior card for the job.

-Fire Covenant: Decided to cut more creature removal, as I can still use Breya as an emergency creature removal engine. Also Toxic Deluge is usually just better due to its casting cost, and we usually don't care if our own creatures die.

-Prophetic Prism: Does a good job at fixing mana, but I'd rather have a 2CMC mana rock that can fix my infinite mana than a 2CMC fixer that cantrips. Replaced by Prismatic Lens.

-Dispel: Excellent card for its cost in a fast combo deck, but I'm cutting it for now to test Delay a bit for some added versatility.

-Cyclonic Rift: While a very powerful control card, you rarely get to cast this for its Overload cost as when we get to that much mana, we're already probably winning. Replaced by Into the Roil.

Adds

-Ponder, Preordain, Gitaxian Probe: As this is a fast combo deck that we are playing here, opening hands are the be-all-end-all. These cards simply make our opening hands much better, as you can sculpt your hand for your needs as early as T1 for a meager U. Probe is just great as in it replaces itself for free and gives you valuable information when proceeding to combo off as well.

-Prismatic Lens: See above. Replaces Prophetic Prism as an extra mana fixer when going infinite with any of our combos.

-Delay: One of the best counters in fast combo decks. It's very probable that the card you just countered never gets to come out from suspend, as games usually tend to end before that. Replaces Dispel for now.

-Into the Roil: Replacing Cyclonic Rift, this bad boy can also target your own permanents if you wish. This enables lines such as bouncing back your Isochron Scepter for a different insant to imprint, or Necropotence so you get to keep those cards that you discarded for an easy Scrap Mastery win. Getting to draw a card if you kick it is a definite plus.
