Oops sorry, forgot the rules for pauper. If you weren't playing pauper, I would really like meekstone here though.

Ballynock Cohort isn't too hot. I'd go with 4x Loyal Cathar Flip. Very good in white weenie to give the deck reach. That would also bring the mana curve down considerably.
2-4x Kor Skyfisher is almost a must for weenie. Works nicely with Icatian Javelineers, too. I'd probably take out some Veteran Armorsmith for it. Not sure about 6x Lawkeepers that tap. Plus you already have 3x Javelineers.
3x Cenn's Enlistment looks a bit much. But I can see your really pushing to spread the board. I'd also look at Guardians' Pledge over Kjeldoran War Cry. Pledge is cool though and cheaper. However, War Cry is a house either way. I think it's how you want your mana curve to look like in the end.

Thank you for the suggestions! These are definitely better soldier creatures than what I had previously

What about adding Azorius Arrester? It's a good one if you want to give a more control feeling to the deck and you can reuse it with Kor Skyfisher.
Another wonderful new card is Thraben Inspector! There's nothing as good as drawing in a monowhite deck (you can also reuse it).
If you want to add a bit of aggressiveness, try War Falcon, it's a perfect 1-drop.
I would recommend you to remove Icatian Javelineers, it's a good card in other formats (like Legacy), but Pauper creatures tend to have high toughness (at least 2). Check this link: Pauper Staples.
(Of course, it all depends on the metagame of your group, maybe they tend to play small creatures and the Icatians could be convenient).
I hope all these suggestions help you, I like the deck so much! :)

Oh! Another suggestion: Gempalm Avenger, you can cycle it at instant speed and they can't counter it because it's an activated ability. Also you draw a card!
And in further turns, you could cast it as a big creature too.
I also have a soldier deck (Call to Arms (Weenies), but I'm still testing it too. If you want to come and take a look you are welcome!

With all that tapping going on, you might like a meekstone or two.
