The law is important. It keeps things in order, maintains functions, sets quotas, establishes norms. Why would you let someone else make those decisions? Sure your opponents can do things, if they've filed the correct paperwork and received your permission.

I've always enjoyed U/W control and Grand Arbiter does it right. Augustin was my first Commander and this is the current build I'm running, open to suggestions; there might be some hidden gems I don't know about yet.
