This is my attempt at the cheapest commander deck possible. Tapped Out's prices are weird, so I went with Scryfall's Prices. Prices may fluctuate, but as of 4/10/2020, this deck costs $1.67, $.99 if you already have the lands, according to Scryfall. I tried to make the deck somewhat playable, so I still included 34 lands, and although I didn't care about synergies, the commander seems to be built for one of these terrible decks. Have a fun challenge and try to win with this, a deck that could be 100x more budget than other players, and probably 100x worse.
