This deck has two basic win conditions, Goryo's Vengence and Through the Breach. Through a lot of testing with this deck, these are the most efficient rules to accomplish that goal.
1: ALWAYS play the draw. You care more about getting your combo cards than going first.
2: If you have a Griselbrand and a discard outlet, get him into the graveyard as fast as possible. Don't count out Simian Spirit Guide, he has won me the game plenty of times. If you have a Goryo's and Griselbrand in opening hand (you should be on the draw remember), draw your card, skip playing a land and discard Grisel. If you get a spirit guide you can get him back as fast as next turn.
3: If you're playing against control and fear the counter, instead of pissing around back and forth, reanimate griselbrand on their turn, they will likely say ok because you can attack, thinking you are crazy. But then you can pay 7 draw 7, this will likely set your hand up with a pact, discard outlet or enough mana to through the breach.
4: Always pay/draw before the first attack as you have other options besides simply hitting fury of the horde 3 times
5: Sometimes you will get burned out trying to find fury of the horde with grisel out, this often happens when you are discarding them to faithelss looting because you need the other key cards in hand. If you have 3 lands available before the first attack, you can goryo for grisel, pay/draw to alternatively find Simian/Simian/Looting/Emrakul/Goryo. Expel for 2R, 1B land, loot emrakul and reanimate, now you're swinging with both and likely have pacts to protect against any shenanigans
