Sideboard

My inspiration to build this deck came from the fact that demons are just wickedly cool, and a deck built around them would be super fun. However, I am fairly cheap, and I didn't want to spend too much on Griselbrand or anything. This deck focuses on casting inexpensive demons, when it comes to both mana and money. Ordeal of Erebos and Slitherhead are clever little counter mechanisms to prevent Treacherous Pit-Dweller from entering the battlefield under an opponent's control. Harvester of Souls is a late-game draw mechanic. Of course, it won't work with the harpy tokens, but it means drawing those late-game one-drops become useful. Mark of the Oni is sideboarded because it could be a dead draw against decks that don't necessarily feature valuable creatures. However, I'm happy to swap it in to perform more control.
