Pure Death By Taxation (With Little to No Representation)

The goal of this deck is to bleed your enemy's wallet dry, and the currency is life. The deck hosts a horde of creatures with life link or abilities that trigger when you gain life, which conveniently synches with this Commander's ability. If I can't take your life then the deck will claim your creatures' souls through mostly mono black destruction spells. The deck does contain options for generating soldier and spirit tokens to act as a buffer. The soldiers under the black and white banner can also act as a convenient mana source.

For Example

Say you have Requiem Angel, Ashnod's Altar and 5 soldiers in play. If you sac the soldiers to the altar, you just gained 10 colorless mana. You also trigger the Angel, giving you 5 spirits with the same strength but with the benefit of flying. Now say you have a Secure the Wastes in hand... You can guess where I'm going with this.

The deck synches very well and has its strengths and weaknesses like any other deck. If you can think of any improvements, feel free to comment and leave any suggestions :)!
