I have been having a lot of fun with this deck, lately. I have no problems exchanging life for cards, which is the primary way to draw extra cards in this deck. The lifegain in this deck is very effective. I have had 100+ life with this deck several times. Nim Deathmantle recurring Kokusho, the Evening Star or Gray Merchant of Asphodel not only will help recover health, but with enough mana turns into a win condition. Speaking of recursion, due to the frailty of all creatures on all sides, I use several types of recursion to maintain a board presence as the game progresses. I occasionally let Horobi go to the graveyard to be recurred later, to help keep his cost down. This is actually the game plan if Fated Return is in my hand. Giving Horobi indestructible leaves your opponents scrambling to remove him from the table.

Sorceress Queen, Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief, and Dauthi Embrace - Want to move away from targeting effects that cost mana or are creatures. I still have others to change out. I am leaning towards artifacts with a effect in conjunction with Unwinding Clock.

Desert - Does absolutely nothing good for this deck. I don't like having to take damage to use the ability.

Dawn of the Dead, Grave Betrayal, Sepulchral Primordial, and Oversold Cemetery - Due to the low number of creatures in this deck, I have decided to limit the number of recursion spells the deck runs.

IN

Belbe's Armor, Distorting Lens - Artifact targeting that will work well with Unwinding Clock when I acquire one.

Maze of Ith - At the very least stops an attacking creature. With Horobi in play, does so much more. Strictly better than Desert

Spine of Ish Sah and Scour from Existence - Much needed permanent removal for cards like Stony Silence and Avacyn, Angel of Hope.

Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor - As much as I dislike tutors, my meta is pushing me in their direction.

Revel in Riches - A much needed alternate win con for the deck.
