I accidentally deleted this deck while editing it so I lost the previous version...

Strategy

Basically this deck hopes to win by flickering Brago's attack trigger infinitely with Strionic Resonator and at least 2 mana from mana rocks, and if you have 3 or more mana, you will generate infinite mana as well.

From this you can hopefully draw your entire library with any of the ETB draw permanents and then Flash in Laboratory Maniac and win, or use Blue Sun's Zenith to make your opponents deck themselves. (Mini Update 2020-01-22: With talk about Flash getting banned, Scout's Warning could work in the Lab Man strategy)

Alternatively with Altar of the Brood you can mill out the table, or Venser, Shaper Savant, Rishadan Cutpurse, or Rishadan Footpad to get rid of your opponents' boards.

The back-up strategy is to use Ghostly Flicker targeting Archaeomancer, and either Peregrine Drake or Cloud of Faeries and 1 land that produces 2 mana. This will give you infinite ETB triggers for Altar of the Brood. This combo with with Peregrine Drake (or Cloud of Faeries and 2 lands that produce more than 1 mana, trickier to pull off) you can generate infinite mana and an ETB Draw Permanent to draw your entire library and go for the Lab Man win.
