Use the Viscera Seer to sacrifice Kitchen Finks, Scry 1. The Kitchen Finks comes back without a -1/-1 counter thanks to Melira, Sylvok Outcast, or gets given a +1/+1 counter to cancel out the -1/-1 counter thanks to Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit. Repeat as many times as you like to scry whatever you want to the top of your library; Kitchen Finks also gains you infinite life while doing so.
From there you can find Murderous Redcap to burn your opponent to death by sacrificing it repeatedly. Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Murderous Redcap + Viscera Seer
Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit + Murderous Redcap + Viscera Seer
Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit's ability allows you to get rid of any -1/-1 counters on the persist creatures, while Melira, Sylvok Outcast prevents them in the first place and stops infect decks. Due to mana constraints, and infect decks being played, only 1 of the former and 3 of the latter.
Chord of Calling makes one-ofs playable for dealing with opponents, for example Orzhov Pontiff/Scavenging Ooze/Spellskite or any sideboarded cards. Also means that for 4 mana and/or creatures you can play a Viscera Seer from your library and start scrying for whatever you need.
Collected Company can chuck two of every creature except the Murderous Redcap in the deck onto the field. Allows for the combo to appear out of nowhere, making it more consistent.
