Here's the blue mill deck! i did not make this deck and take no credit for it in its current form(except some of the sideboard). this deck is SBMTG's deck from YouTube. now my friends say mill is useless but i aim to prove them wrong! this deck is almost a control deck that aims to create clues and use Sphinx's Tutelage to mill as fast as possible. board wipes for days.
