In my play group exists combo, Progen with hive mind and pacts, take an extra turn and a super notorious Derevi stax deck that focuses around stasis. My goal is to compete on the same level. Lately the deck has been under preforming, due to it being too slow and hinging on Sisay too much. Leaving me behind in the early game and waiting to cast Sisay on turn four with no haste. I also couldn't activate him as much as I wanted. I had a few cards being mailed up (acquire board) and I'm looking to do some cuts. Like all commander players I lack some discipline when it comes to cuts and i have grown to attached to some of the cards in the deck and it makes it hard to cut. I'm looking for a new perspective, a fresh set of eyes, that has a good grasp on what it takes to make a good competitive edh build. I know it's a good laugh to say "cut the sol ring, it doesn't do that much" but I'm looking for halfway decent answers. Thanks for having a gander and will take all opinions into account when building for a better Sisay.

EDIT tuned the deck a but but it continues to slightly disappoint but I enjoy the Ugin's Nexus and Emrakul interation, planning on adding moxen, more dorks, hall of gemstone and cloudstone curio to abuse paradox engine. Need thoughts an opinions on what I have and what I could continue to cut.

Planned Cuts:2 plains, dosan, the falling leaf, sigarda, heron's grace, sun titan, eerie interlude, cryptolith rite
