The deck is pretty strait forward drop an artifact early on then start the general abuse.

Staff of Domination is a big car from the deck it enable infinite mana combo such as Karn, Silver Golem + Doubling Cube turned in a creature with Karn or Clock of Omens + Sculpting Steel or Phyrexian Metamorph on Staff of Domination and any 3 mana stone there is also Staff of Domination + Grim Monolith + Clock of Omens + Doubling Cube ...but this one is a bit demanding since it apsolutly require Doubling Cube oppose to the last one that only needed any mana stone that give 3 mana anyway once you have infinite mana it pretty much game since you have the staff to use Muzzio to get all your artifact out and kill with Karn

Before this deck i had a Karn, Silver Golem deck and the only real problem i ever encounter was mass artifact removal as it would only affect me greatly, that is why i put so many counter spell i rarely counter any thing else except if it really hinder me.

In some recent modification i added Possessed Portal haven't tested it yet but it seem like it would be very efficient with the commander as it stop other from drawing but you can still play since you don't need to draw.In this situation crucible of world and Prototype Portal become really good since they give you a constant number of target to sacrifice.

I thought the add of the 2 artifact land were not really useful at start but wen at some point a had Prototype Portal + Seat of the Synod i changed my mind it is an adittionnal land drop on each turn and if you have a Clock of Omens you rapidly gain an hedg in the game and at some point you can use Tezzeret the Seeker to fetch one blue mana for noting if needed
