My attempt at Gruul Allies. All of these are pretty cheap except the Splinter Twin. The changelings act as a buff for ally effects more than they do allies. They are cheap and once the leave the board, an ally pops back in, it triggers an effect. If you Splinter Twin one, followed by championing the twin, it can activate two ally moves per turn. The Puma or Beserker are great candidates to be bounced because it gains no counters, but triggers ally abilities.
