Okay, so this deck basically works by taking your opponents creatures from them as quickly and aggressively as possible, leaving them nothing to attack or defend with. For temporary steals use Fling to remove the threat so they don't get it back.

Conquering Manticore and Keiga, the Tide Star are there for late threats and extra stealing, plus they work great with Charisma as anything small enough to not survive blocking them dies, while anything big enough to survive gets stolen. Just be sure to use Maze of Ith to keep them alive! Also use Maze of Ith to steal anything with Tolarian Entrancer. The nice thing about Tolarian Entrancer is that it steals a creature permanently, even when it dies. Battle damage doesn't matter either, so the only way your opponent can save their creature is to completely remove it from combat and de-block, or to kill it.
