The idea for this deck is use Ensoul Artifact on turn 2-3 and use this as an early beating stick or blocker until you can hopefully get a Scuttling Doom Engine out on turn 5-6. Then use Shrapnel Blast on the doom engine and get a turn 4-6 win. Still working on the sideboard.

I am making this deck irl and I have a low mtg budget, which is the reason that there are not very many expensive cards.
