this is my take on a standard izzet tempo deck. The idea of the deck is to put a few threats on the board early game and then use the counterspells and burn to protect it.

My threats are:

Goblin Rabblemaster, Illusory Angel , and Ensoul Artifact + any artifact in the deck.

Bident of Thassa and Military Intelligence are used to help keep my hand full of threats and protection.

The rest of the cards in the deck are used to help protect my threats. Overall the deck is pretty simple.
