This deck is built for Standard Play, and will most likely do you well if not playing against an extremely aggressive deck. Most opponents, when using this deck, are at your mercy if they require at least a turn-two play. It's Well advised that you get at least two white mana on your field as soon as possible to utilize your Celestial Flares early and often. With four to five mana, make sure that you are playing your Pacifism and Suppression Bonds as quickly as possible, saving the others for when your opponents quickly pull out looming threats that will only make your game tilt drastically to their favors.
Citadel Siege is included to ensure that the biggest creatures are immobilized due to its ability to tap different creatures before they can attack. Hixus is also used when you're lacking heavily in spells to detain your opponents. Allow them to hit you, then play your Prison Warden to remove their creatures from the field, allowing yours to slowly tear down their health total.
Aggro decks are your demise with this, as it most likely will not be nearly fast enough to keep up with the onslaught of your opponent's tokens and cheap creatures.
The sideboard includes an extra Nivix Barrier, as well as three more Dragons to firmly establish your control with Ojutai. The Mindscours allow you to take away your opponent's cards and reduce their options, while the Wardscale allows you to prevent your enemies from removing your creatures from combat with annoyances such as Whisk Away.
Don't be afraid to mulligan more than once, as the deck will most likely provide you with much needed mana, as it runs a base of 21 land and 4 Evolving Wilds, promising you with rewards of much-needed white or blue mana
