This deck started out by being piloted by Selvala, explorer returned. But I really wanted to add blue and red to the deck and I'm glad I did.

Smothering tithe is ludicrously overpowered in this deck. The amount of cards I make people draw is unreal. I know a lot of group hug decks shy on killing other players, but I'm not a huge fan of extremely long games. That's why I have ways to end the game. Avatar of slaughter: once that game is taken too long it's time to force people to attack.

My favorite thing in this deck which I've rarely pulled off is giving people all of their lands and then attacking with mana-charged dragon with blade of selves equipped and letting them all spend their mana on his fire breathing at each other.

Blade of selves is also really sweet, it allows for a lot of cool creatures to enter and die and give people cards and abilities more often than just once. Well also whittling their lives away as I do a little bit of damage here and there
