pretty simple really, get in quick to win! thoughtseize the things you can't deal with and use removal to create a clear path to victory!
I chose to use boon of erebos because it allows you to get some extra damage in while avoiding removal, two birds in one stone right? it also does well against anger of the gods and magma spray! you won't be exiling my bloodstained champion today red!
in sideboard is whip of erebos and pharikas cure to win the race against burn or fast aggro. for that you want to take boon of erebos and maybe thoughtseize.
Side in Bile Blight against decks that make a lot of tokens and have lower toughness creatures. I don't have it main-board because of courser and sylvan caryatid being such a huge role after rotation.
sideboard in mogis's marauder against ANY deck without black, if it's a black deck sideboard in the dark betrayals in his place.
against more control decks that are gaining too much life you want Erebos God of the dead, I only put one in the side because you should already do pretty good against control! that's also why Liliana is in the sideboard is for games that want to slow you down.
