Draw from the Depths is my deck which is very, VERY similar, a lot of similar ideas going on. Mine is a bit more aggressive and draw heavy. If there is one thing I would add to mine that I see in yours, it's Fall of the Hammer and Hornet's Nest. Its really neat interaction.

Ensoul Artifact seems out of place to me. There aren't a whole lot of targets for it, which makes me feel as if it would frequently be a dead draw. Is there a combo I'm missing or is it just personal preference? Great deck though, seems to play pretty well.

Working in darksteel is something I'm planning on but the current 10 targets do me justice I feel though I may just love the card and ornithopter has been my homeboy since wayback. PORNITHOPTER maybe just sentimental. Side note: would ensouled bident get the buff from hall o triumph?

Completely missed the fact that Ornithopter was there, that makes a huge difference in my evaluation. Go ahead and ignore my naysaying.

have you considered using Kiora's Follower here? I could see it having some synergy with scourge and possibly the drum, and the lands obviously.

I have but I generally won't have multiple targets for scourge to consume though it would leave me the ability to swing after he feast it would be a bit more juggling than I'm interested in and th swap out I fear would dilute the curve. Thank though I will put it on the back burner. +1 to you sir

Since you already play red maybe put a Purphoros, God of the Forge in there?

I like how Purphoros, God of the Forge interacts with Chasm Skulker . It allows you to Life's Legacy the Skulker and then kill your opponent from Purphoros's triggered ability.

Also a mean surprise when they swing with a beefy dude and I slap a hornets nest with a skulker fueled fall of the hammer. Instant speed deathtouch tokens.

Cross that bridge when I get to it scenarios involving anger the gods that I can think of don't seem scary. I draw quite a bit with this and generally my creatures are only 1/1s 0/2s 2/2s for a turn or so and if hardend scales is out it all gets wild. Anger the gods would be seen as a terroristic threat which would be answered with forceful decisive actions.

I do like this deck alot. I did buld a skulker deck my self becuse i realy love that card, but it didnt work out that well. But im sure to try this deck out.
Great build :)

Definitely fell in love with skulker and preeminent captain when they we're spoiled I'll most likely play a soldier tribal after the last of then Khans sets.

You can counter Anger of the Gods with Mardu Ascendancy
November 6, 2014 7:47 p.m.
I can't justify splashing 2 colors more for that thank you for your suggestions and support. Anger dosnt scare me none I hammer the hornet nest at instant speed at the end of their turn
November 6, 2014 8:30 p.m.
T2 5/5 with 11 targets possible at that point and 2 more T3 T4.
November 14, 2014 8:42 p.m.
I'd personally cut the Ensoul Artifacts, Springleaf Drums, Tuskguard Captains, and Ornithopters for more copies of what you already have going on. It would make the deck a thousand times more consistent.

I tried adjusting to your suggestions loses it's fire in my opinion. Consistently slow was my experience I've upped the numbers on a few and added chords.

Have you considered Setessan Tactics over Fall of the Hammer ? casting it on multiple deathtouch tokens is always nice.
