Bant Enchantress with Derevi, Empyrial Tactician at the helm. Derevi untaps enchanted lands and bounce-lands, and can put down a hard lock with Dovescape doves. Not sure about the general - could just as easily be Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker and Thrasios, Triton Hero.

Alternate win conditions are:

1. Eldrazi Conscription and Sovereigns of Lost Alara

2. Pillowfort with Pariah and any of the 5 God cards (Karametra, God of Harvests, etc)

3. skyfield of nyx

4. Enchanted Evening and skyfield of nyx
