Sisay, Weatherlight Captain commandeers the deck in order to overwhelm our opponents with enchanting shrines. Whether we win by pure beatdown or alternate win-con, we are able to maintain a steady hold into the late game by taxing opponents for attacks and landing the WIN through burn damage and massive life gain.

• Notable Interaction: Triple the burn damage to our opponent every time the shrine activates.
