Exactly what it says on the tin. The shell is common, the specific spell and sideboard choices are my own.

I also find Delver to be a misnomer, as it's one of the least critical cards in the deck and one of the first things I trim on a lot of sideboard strategies. Maybe "Izzet Faeries" or "Izzet Ninja" would be better names, but eh. Way too late. That ship has sailed.
