Ready for a nightmare puppet show?!

The plan is simple. Magar makes sorceries/instants in your graveyard into puppets. If the puppet hits a player, you get a free copy of the spell! So we need: Magar / A Nightmare in the Graveyard / Haste / Unblockable

Playing Magar is simple enough, but often you want to wait until you have 6 mana and can activate his ability the turn he enters the battlefield. Magar is vital, so playing around removal is important.

A Nightmare in the grave is worth 2 in the hand. We've got some big scary spells like Worst Fears and Rise of the Dark Realms to cram into puppets. We want to discard these to Wheels or by Looting, but be weary of graveyard hate. Special mention to Savage Beating, which makes an infinite combat puppet under ideal circumstances.

Haste lets us attack with our puppets the same turn we activate Magar, so we want to play Mass Hysteria or Bitter Reunion as setup. Giving all creatures Haste can work in our favor if it encourages players to overreach and leave no blockers. The Gold Standard here is Anger, since we're discarding so many cards.

Blockers shut the plan down very well, so we need answers to that problem. Cards like Key to the City or Bedlam are awesome for this task, but we also have things like Disrupt Decorum that can help. The most effective tool you have is politics, convincing a player to take 3 damage from a puppet to Overwhelming Forces someone can be very easy in the right situations!

As you can see, the puppet plan is central to the deck, but can be disrupted. Luckily, we have a backup plan: Wheels! Not only are they an amazing way to get spells ready for puppetcraft, we also have absolute powerhouse ladies in Sheoldred, the Apocalypse & Tergrid, God of Fright  . A single wheel with one of these legends in play can often create such value your opponents can't keep up!
