I was brainstorming with Bant to change up my standard play because I started getting bored with Temur Energy. Initially I wanted to focus on the Investigate mechanic, and then I came across this list from Strictly Better MTG on YouTube. I changed up the creature quantities to replace 4 Reflector Mage. I also replaced 4 Smuggler's Copter with 4 Bygone Bishop post ban, which helps boost the Investigate mechanic since nearly all the creatures have CMC 3 or less.

Playing the deck is a lot of fun and it is fairly consistent against most deck match ups. My biggest challenge was a UR energy control deck which basically countered and burned everything I could dish out.
