Prossh, Skyraider of Kher as commander, frankly just because it works well enough.

"Combos":

Impact Tremors and Cloudstone Curio work together with the cards like Kobolds of Kher Keep and makes for a stupid but funny combo.

Ad Nauseam is funny because you can hopefully dig out your combo pieces. However you might also be able to get out Glint-Horn Buccaneer and then discard your hand at end step to do a bunch of damage if not win the game.

Altar of the Brood can be used with all of the 0 drops in the deck to mill people a lot, in tandem with recursion cards like Ancient Brass Dragon to get more triggers. Recursion stuff also works well with Impact Tremors

Reckless Fireweaver also works well with all of the 0 drop artifacts, and cards like Salivating Gremlins could knock a player out of the game. The 0 drop artifacts also work with Quicksmith Genius which can also do stuff with Glint-Horn Buccaneer.

Or the last resort is to whip out Prossh, Skyraider of Kher and maybe sac a few 0 drop creatures to it and whack people with commander damage.

Overall a very janky decklist and incredibly prone to failure, also very much incomplete and open to suggestions for changes that keep with the theme of jank and other dumb combos.
