A Dragon based deck with heavy influence from the Tarkir block.

This deck is built with dragon based synergy as its goal.

Put simply, this deck uses green-based mana ramp via cards like Market Festival, Voyaging Satyr, and Frontier Siege to get out major firepower in the form of Dragons.

The deck is a fusion of the Kolaghan and Atarka broods of Dragons of Tarkir, with a few extra perks. The main stars of the show are Atarka, World Render, Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury, and their Dragonlord counterparts, all of which provide powerful buffs to the rest of the dragon horde.

For an extra bit of fun, this deck also includes Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and Liiliana Vess, who provide extra fire power, especially on the part of Ugin to Dragons.

The the title of the most powerful card in this deck is split between Crux of Fate, which can completely reshape the board in you favor, and Atarka, World Render, who alone deals 12 damage per turn, not to mention the potential for a horde of double strike fliers.

• A typical game works as follows:
  • 1: Forest + Elvish Mystic
  • 2: Double Land, like Bloodfell Caves + Voyaging Satyr
  • 3: Land with any missing color(s) + Market Festival
  • 4+: From here on, you should have at least 6 mana per turn, allowing you to get out the Dragons.

Key Combos:

Market Festival + Voyaging Satyr = 6 mana per turn.

Atarka, World Render + Dragonlord Kolaghan = At least 24 Damage per turn

Liliana Vess + Ugin, the Spirit Dragon L.V.'s -2 calls Ugin to come and destroy.

Sideboard: - The deck is fairly versatile, but against token decks and other mob styles, switching in Harbinger of the Hunt and Shockmaw Dragon for Boltwing Marauder, Typhoid Rats, and Savage Ventmaw can stop you from getting overwhemled. - I am looking at a more green/red aggro variation of the deck, hence the inclusion of the other cards in the sideboard, but for now it is still a WIP.
