This is probably one of my most thought out decks. Everything has a purpose. There are a lot of 'side themes' going on, but the main idea is to use Momir Vig, Simic Visionary as a means to search for any out to any situation.

Side Themes:

Bounce!

Crystal Shard, Erratic Portal, Conjurer's Closet, Equilibrium, and Deadeye Navigator ALL allow me to abuse EtB effects and pseduo control the creature board.

Crystal Shard and Erratic Portal are at INSTANT speed. I can use them to rescue my own creatures from wrath and spot removal OR I can use them on an opponent's creatures should they tap out! ADDED BONUS! Creatures I bounce back to my hand allow me to REPLAY them triggering Momir Vig, Simic Visionary again!

Deadeye Navigator allows some control over when I return, so it too can be used as a 'rescue'. This does not trigger Momir but IS searchable with Momir!

Conjurer's Closet abuses EtB for free. Ixidron, Sylvan Primordial, Acidic Slime, Avenger of Zendikar, Duplicant, etc. over and over and over again. Just read anything that says 'Enters the Battlefield'.

Equilibrium is sorta along the same lines as above. Allows me to replay my spells triggering Momir OR return an opponents board state. Only useable at sorcery speed (most of the time)

As you can see, this can get very useful and can do more than just meets the eye.

Proliferate!

Utilize the proliferate mechanic to beef creatures or add charge counters. This can affect many cards: Kiora, the Crashing Wave, Mirrodin's Core, Astral Cornucopia, Lux Cannon, Magistrate's Scepter, any creature with +1/+1 counters (and there are a lot of them), and even creatures kissed by Grim Poppet!

Just some of the utility highlighted for fun:

Ixidron = flip all other creatures. Then with the bounce, slowly return what you need while leaving your opponent with an army of vanilla 2/2's!

Draining Whelk and Mystic Snake = Fetchable counterspell.

Duplicant = Fetchable exile.

Magistrate's Scepter and Sage of Hours = Proliferate gives me more Turns!

Patron Wizard = control. Is it a coincidence that my commander and Prophet of Kruphix (now banned) are both wizards too?

Spike Weaver = No more combat damage. Out of counters? Bounce and replay!

Riftwing Cloudskate = Did someone mention bounce target permanent?

Winged Coatl = Almost always lethal instant blocker that triggers Momir.
