Esper control looking to abuse Eldrazi Displacer with strong ETB effects and revolt trigger for Hidden Stockpile.

Displacer is really the engine for the deck making Noxious Gearhulk 3 mana instant speed removal on a stick, Torrential Gearhulk a recurring option, and Gonti, Lord of Luxury insane. There is also the less exciting bounce of Glint-Nest Crane for some possible card draw, but the crane also provides a big flying blocker in the early game.

Hidden Stockpile is included as a 4 of because of how much better it gets in multiples clogging the board like a psudo Bitterblossom that can fuel itself after getting one revolt trigger from Eldrazi Displacer or Implement of Improvement sac.

The removal package is just the 2 of Fatal Push and the board sweep Fumigate with Harsh Scrutiny replacing additional targeted removal. Like the Harsh Scrutiny for its ability to disable ETB effects and give information on enemy holdings so the game is easier to navigate.

Only running the 3 Disallow mainboard the 4th copy and any number of Negate after sideboard. Counterspells have their place but in a creature heavy meta i would rather pay B to kill something with Fatal push than 1UU to counter it, or better yet get a positive card trade going 1 for 3 or 4 with a board sweeper.

For card draw the full set of Anticipate and 2 Glimmer of Genius, Reverse Engineer may be substituted for glimmer but i still prefer the instant speed as well as the energy to help out the decks Aether Hub manabase if needed. Additionally running Implement of Improvement as card draw, the life is relevent in aggressive matchups and it can trigger revolt if needed, and as mentioned before Glint-Nest Crane is our last card draw option just offers a lot of value for 2 CMC.

Sideboards are always meta dependent, running the additional disallow and 4 negate as mentioned earlier along with fragmentize for vehicles match-ups. authority of the consuls for low curve aggro and the final fumigate for creature heavy match-ups.. aka most of them. angel of Invention is tentatively in my final spot also for aggro match-ups the life-link and vigilance along with pumping servos is pretty strong, but there are certainly other options for the spot. mechanized production may be a fun one.
