A first attempt at an Ojutai deck (yes even before pre-release, I was bored OK?). Mostly spell heavy, but with plenty of creature options to round it out.

Sandblast and Mirror Mockery are your kill spells or at the least ways to slow down your opponent's creatures.

Control comes from Negate , Monastery Siege , and (to a lesser extent) Stratus Dancer .

Use Great Teacher's Decree and Glaring Aegis to pump your creature attacks. Glaring Aegis + Graceblade Artisan Is your most basic power combo (effectively a 5/8 for 4 plus an allowed tap once)

To wrap things up, you've got the unblockable Gudul Lurker , and two Ojutai dragons to end things up. Dragonlord Ojutai especially gives you some drawing power. Ojutai Monument gives you a little bit more mana, and a fairly decent creature option in the late game if needed.

Combat tricks include Clone Legion and in the side, Fate Forgotten and Skywise Teachings . The side also allows for a more offensive play style or a more control oriented playstyle.

The maybe board has a few options as well, the big one being to add in either Narset Transcendent or Icefall Regent . The other option that I'd want to see in play before decided for sure is between Sandblast and Ojutai's Breath . While Sandblast is more final, Ojutai's Breath has greater reach overall.
