Pretty casual Modern deck because I really only have casual experience with the game. Also wanted to make something that was budgety, so keep that in mind. Give me tips! I don't even need all the creatures here. Originally all I wanted was Mindshrieker and then I got carried away, so if you know of a way for me to have only 4 creatures (Mindshrieker), let me know. Any tips greatly appreciated. Ignore my current sideboard for now, but you can make suggestions for that as well.
