You'll want at least one and one and a one drop unblockable creature. If you manage to get a library control card it's definitly a plus. Having another low cost ninja too. Counterspells are always nice to have.
Easy : go for the head. You'll want to be able to control your library, play unblockable creatures and get as many Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow trigger as you can.

There is also the good old Thassa's Oracle and Demonic Consultation combo...

You'll be able to filter what you draw with Yuriko's triggers using :

  • Doomsday : If you have 2 or 3 triggers, this is the "I win" card.

  • Brainstorm : Allows you to draw and reuse cards you already drew.

  • Lim-Dul's Vault : Cycle your entire library.

  • Sage Owl : Sort your top four cards. Also this creature has flying, so you can use it for a trigger next turn.

  • Insidious Dreams : The best one, this card will allow you to take all the best damage cards you have in your library, and put them on top

  • Vampiric Tutor : Mostly used to get Insidious Dreams on top so you can cast it for the next trigger.

  • Mystical Tutor : Mostly used to get Insidious Dreams on top so you can cast it for the next trigger.

  • Scroll Rack : Allows you to put back on top of your library whatever damage card you already have in your hand.

  • Sensei's Divining Top : Early game filter.

Using all your counterspells, Whispersilk Cloak and Swiftfoot Boots you'll be able to protect Yuriko from removals or board wipes.

Using Thassa, God of the Sea or Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive you can make your ninjas unblockable.

Using Unnatural Selection you can even use your unblockable creatures as ninja !

You have plenty of extra turn cards to use if you don't manage to kill your ennemies fast. Also, don't underestimate your ninjas, they have nice triggers and abilities you can use to kill. But your mid and late game playstyle needs to be focused on having one or two unblockable creatures alive at the beginning of your turn so you can trigger Yuriko. Or some rare occasions you might be able to use Maskwood Nexus with your unblockable creatures, and to create changelings.
702.48a - Ninjutsu is an activated ability that functions only while the card with ninjutsu is in a player’s hand. “Ninjutsu [cost]” means “[Cost], Reveal this card from your hand, Return an unblocked attacking creature you control to its owner’s hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking.” This is relevant to timing of activation, and that the returned creature is part of the cost, so you cant respond by removing it.

702.48c - A ninjutsu ability may be activated only while a creature on the battlefield is unblocked (see rule 509.1h). The creature with ninjutsu is put onto the battlefield unblocked. It will be attacking the same player or planeswalker as the creature that was returned to its owner’s hand. This specifies that the creature put onto the field is unblocked and is attacking the player. This is relevant because it means they can be ninjutsu'd out, even in the end of combat step

509.1h - An attacking creature with one or more creatures declared as blockers for it becomes a blocked creature; one with no creatures declared as blockers for it becomes an unblocked creature. This remains unchanged until the creature is removed from combat, an effect says that it becomes blocked or unblocked, or the combat phase ends, whichever comes first. A creature remains blocked even if all the creatures blocking it are removed from combat. This specifies that when a creature "becomes" unblocked or blocked and how that status stays on them until the end of combat phase
