Lets see if I can make a standard deck.

The basics are to combo with Pests in most or not every situation. Dina, Soul Steeper will reward you for your Pests dying as well as comboing with other life gain. To help flood the board with pests, you have Valentin, Dean of the Vein   & Sedgemoor Witch to help produce Pests that goes well with Hunt for Specimens to get Pest Summoning.

With some card draw requiring sacrificing creatures (Pests) you should get your pieces together to whittle away your opponents.

The only problem is that I'm terrible as slimming the deck down and a few more lands should be added for balance.
